Anti Cellulite Treatment

This effective treatment works wonders on sluggish circulation whilst helping the appearance of cellulite. Your legs are deep cleansed and exfoliated using Monu Body Scrub which is then removed with warm toweling mitts.

Your therapist will massage your legs using Detoxifying Oil and lymphatic drainage techniques. To enhance the results of the treatment a thermal mask may also be applied. All you need to do is lie back and enjoy the warmth.

*For best results the treatment can be taken twice a week and Monu Body Therapy Gel may be used every day to help firm and tone the skin

Auto Bronze Self Tanning

The Auto Bronze self-tanning treatment gives an even, natural looking tan without the harmful effects of the sun.

Your skin will be exfoliated and hydrated before the Auto Bronze is applied. Within 3-5 hours (depending on the skin tone) a natural looking tan will develop which can last between 4-10 days. A further application can be applied for a deeper tan if desired.

Bust Firming Treatment

This luxurious treatment is the ultimate in pampering and a real morale booster. In this 50 minute treatment the products and techniques used will help to firm the breast tissue and condition the skin.

Firstly, the skin is cleansed and exfoliated followed by a firming ampoule. A relaxing massage is then performed using a rich fragrant oil and is completed with an application of our nourishing hydrating mask.

This treatment can be offered as a one-off, or for best results taken twice a week over 5 weeks. In between treatments Monu Neck and Bust Cream is recommended.

Deep Cleansing Back Treatment

This clarifying treatment is perfect to help decongest oily spot prone skin and includes extractions if necessary.

Your skin will be deep cleansed and exfoliated followed by a hot aromatic compress to relax the pores. Following extractions the treatment then includes a 20 minute relaxing massage and deep cleansing mask.

The perfect treatment before a holiday or wearing a backless dress.

Essential Oil Top to Toe

This soothing and relaxing treatment involves massage to your face, scalp and body. A perfect blend of facial and body massage makes this treatment an ideal stress buster.

Also included is an aromatic compress and therapy mask. Two hours of sheer bliss makes this treatment the perfect gift.

Footcare Treatment

A 45 minute pre-holiday treatment to ease away tired, aching and puffy feet. Your feet will be warmed then cleansed in a Spearmint foot soak followed by the removal of any dry skin with Monu Energising Foot Scrub.

After having your cuticles conditioned and your nails shaped, your feet are massaged with a cooling Peppermint Foot Balm and nourished in our Reviving Foot Mask.

The treatment is completed with an application of your chosen nail colour.

Rejuvenating Back Massage Treatment

Relieves aches and pains in the neck, shoulders and back, as well as eases tension from these areas.  A stimulating and deeply relaxing special massage is used.

Great benefits as a fortnightly or monthly treatment. The whole area will feel more supple and light.
